I've been trying to delete old items from inventory. I have run into a problem with multiple items being backordered. How can I un-backorder the items? Nothing i found in other posts here has helped.

POP card processing through MOM

We have just begun setting up a store front POP location with MOM. We use a 3rd party card verification, swipe card through a stand alone reader/keypad which verifies the card. I'm wondering how to set it up where MOM knows of the card used (all the card info) and of the verification to complete the sale through MOM.
I know from the manual that there is a place to enter the verification number to complete the sale, but to get there you must enter card number, exp date etc..How can I get around this?

MOM won't kick cash drawer open

I had everything working perfectly, then one day it just stopped working. MOM will not open the cash drawer, the open sequence is correct and worked at one point. We didnt change any settings or the printer or the drawer. The only thing we did was move everything to another location. Thats when problems started, and now continue even in the same configuration we originally started testing with. I tried to contact MOM tech support, but so far they havent been able to help. Any ideas?

Receipt logos and other info

I need to include a company logo on the receipt. I'm using MOM 5.4 and Epson TM-T88VI printer. And is there a way to include additional info on the receipt, apart from the "message to be printed", such as a coupon?
