We all know that MOM sucks, but is there someone available to actually help? We are getting an error message "xml is not valid" when trying to import orders from ShopSite. It worked fine one day then it crapped out on us.

Any help would be appreciated.

Actually there are several people on this site who enjoy helping others. Unfortunately, we don't know everything so we don't answer posts we can't help. Keep asking questions.

I have been using MOM for 15 years. That it sucks is an understatement. Do us all a favor and find an alternative and let us know.

Hello,

Did you get an answer to this problem? We the same exact problem,
MOM will not import orders from Shopsite and returns XML file invalid error. I know its with the data feed.
This must happen all the time and I would think somewhere on the net there would be a fix.

Thanks,

john
