We are running MOM 5.0 with the AIM and AWM.
When a customer orders products that streach out over more then 1 warehouse and they are in a taxable state. MOM does not calculate sales tax corretly or should I say it re-calcualtes taxes everytime there is a shipment.
This sometimes causes a 1 penny difference, which inturns puts that customer to a status of "Awaiting CC approval"... Batch CC proccessing will sometimes charge the customer the 1 penny. Then the product will ship, mom will invoice out again and then say we owe the customer 1 Penny. Batch CC process will then issue the customer a 1 Penny refund.
This stinks of cource, but even worse..Sometimes the customers CC will not go thru for the penny..We then have to manually adjust the customers order (Multi-Pay) for the 1 penny..Then manualy adjust it back out again after the order is shipped complete..
We complained to MOM long ago about this..but to no avail... During our busy season we can have 100's per week of these and it take hours to fix...
Anyone have the same problem? have you come up with better way?
I'll say this.. If this problem is not fixed in MOM XL... Some of these large customers that are nation wide are going to be pretty upset.
