We are long time MOM users and have recently upgraded to v8 SQL. Over the years our system has been invested with workarounds, short-cuts, and quick fixes. We would like to have a consultant help us with define guidelines for "best use" policies for our team. Additionally, we would like get some insight on purchasing and inventory management. Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
