Hi
We currently have a system in place to handle what you want. Our system runs on ASP code and is web based. We would be willing to share the code and working with a company which has someone in house with knowledge in ASP or is willing to share the costs in adding some up grades.

We have made a in house custom soultion to scanning in and reciving inventory. as well our system will enter the upc codes for the products on a PO and update the MOM database. I would be more then happy to discuss any questions you may have our in house system works on ASP and is web based.
