Hi,

We are a UK company running version 5.20 and are having problems getting the titles (eg "the buyer") of our contacts to appear on mailing lists and / or labels.

Can anyone advise if this is possible and if so the best (and easiest !) way to go about it ?

Please bear in mind I am fairly new to MOM and am not an IT expert !

For mailings, try exporting into Excel,then you can sort and manage the data any way you like.
