We're trying to get WinFax up & running, after always sending our faxed customer notices by hand in the past. However, no matter how I try to configure it, we get a blank (except for the header) cover sheet with every fax. Even if we disable the WinFax cover, even if we add a custom WinFax cover (in which case it sends the blank sheet, then the custom cover, then the notice).

I talked to Dydacomp support, they say it's WinFax's fault -- but I don't have this problem with any other faxed from WinFax, only the MOM ones.

Has anyone else had this problem? What did you do? We can't use the faxed notices until we figure this one out!
