I can help. I have many years experience with R&R and with MOM.
I am a consultant and charge a reasonable fee for my time.
We can hook up with PC Anywhere or a similar program and I will guide you through the steps to create the reports you need.

Hi,

I'm finally at the point where I want to query MOM for some usable information to learn more about our customer's buying patterns, but I'm not sure where to start.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to where I should begin understanding how to build reports and mold them to fit my needs? Can you direct me to some online resources?
