List Management Module ?!

Hi !

Ok, here we go...

We are a UK based mail order company who regularly send out catalogues & brochures to our customers & prospective customers. The main problem we are having is that we cannot seem to select our customers' titles (eg buyer, office manager) when compiling a list using the List Management Module and it is very important for us to be able to do this.

Can anyone PLEASE advise if it is possible to select the title and if so please point us in the right direction ??

(We are running version 5.2)

Mailing Lists / Labels

Hi,

We are a UK company running version 5.20 and are having problems getting the titles (eg "the buyer") of our contacts to appear on mailing lists and / or labels.

Can anyone advise if this is possible and if so the best (and easiest !) way to go about it ?

Please bear in mind I am fairly new to MOM and am not an IT expert !
