Please provide me the procedure on how to create the call sheet for customer service in MOM???

anyone know how to transfer the callsheet from one person to another person???
for example:
i want to transfer all callsheet record from Mr. John Doe to Mr. Mario Dove.

Is it possible to modify storing of the invoice date in our MOM.

Currently our MOM is only store the Invoice date after you print the invoice.

What we would like to happen is right away after we finish the invoice it automatically store the invoice date or it will assign todays date to the field of invoice date, even if we not print the invoice.

and also we would like to request the locking system in invoice. After you finish the invoice the system automatically lock the records for that invoice. Right now in our MOM you can having edit, delete, and modify the previous invoices. What we would like to happen is after you finish the invoice the system automatically lock the records for that invoice.
