Well it seems like things are back up for me. I think I will drop those guys a concerned message asking their definition of 24/7 support. I was always told they test the site every 30 minutes for problems. It would have fooled me! Also if they host that many sites why is there no back up generator? Oh well now I can do some work.
I called their 24/7 support line and left a message. At least the cell phones still work. Dydacomp must be running around like a bunch of chickens without any heads. Talk about your OT.
