Has anyone had any positive experience with 3rd party shipping solutions other than CPS? (harveysoft) We currently ship with UPS through MOM and we also ship USPS through CPS. Is there a program out there that also offers DHL and FedEx interfaces? Just thought I would ask....we have had to write custom scripts to get the other systems to interface. The process is time consuming and can be costly if your system goes down.

My name is Mark Scheidt and I am the President of TechniPak.
We are a 3rd party fulfillment center and have been using MOM for about
five years now. We have processed well over 1 million orders through MOM and mainly use the system for order processing, shipping and inventory management.

We warehouse and ship products for many different types of companies who sell and manufacture a multitude of different products. MOM has been a great asset for TechniPak and we are hoping to get a shot at the new MOM XL product.

Our knowledge base of MOM would probably be an 8. (based on a scale of 1-10)
We do not use Sitelink but have probably ventured into the mass majority of the rest of the program.

We have looked to replace MOM on several occasions, but have found that MOM truly has the capabilities of programs that cost thousands of dollars more.
