About Me

My name is Jordan Lipman and I own J.A. Computers, a mobile computer servicing company. I have over 10 years experience diagnosing, upgrading, and repairing computers. Last year, a new client running MOM 7.0, hired my company to maintain his systems. This was my first time working with the MOM platform. Since then, I know MOM enough to change products, shipping methods, adding new users, just to name a few, but not well enough to call myself an expert. I'm hoping I'll be able to receive some answers from the members here and further my knowledge and experience working with the MOM platform.

Worldship 2012 and MOM 7.0

My client uses MOM 7.0 and this year, started shipping with UPS. The issue I'm running into, the files needed for Worldship to import orders from MOM, aren't there. Does anyone know where and how I can load UPS into MOM so that we can batch print labels using Worldship? The file that Worldship is needing is UPSIMP.DBF, which is supposed to be in the MOMWIN folder. No file exists in any MOM folder. I have searched for several hours on all computers in his office, and not one has this file. I have attached the page referencing the needed file.

MOM Error Code 1943

One of my clients uses the MOM platform, version 7.0, build 700. He is currently having issues importing orders from ShopSite. Everything I have learned about MOM, was from Dydacomp directly, last year when he still had technical support. This year, he isn't renewing his support contract because he is a 4th quarter company.

This is the error we are receiving:
