I am getting really frustrated!  I have had 3 orders lately that we have issued a credit for returned product creating an Overpayment Deferred but when I apply the overpayment to an order it does not remove the credit.  Then is shows up on all the orders ordered causing terrible confusion with my customers.  How do I delete that Overpayment Deferred?   Someone please help.....
