Our firm is investigating the disappearance of two high value packages that were processed for shipping through MOM 6.0 and UPS. We want to rule out the possibility of an error in MOM that would change the status of the package from "SH" to "PS" after we printed a shipping label but before it would have been uploaded to the UPS manifest.

Has anyone encountered any similar issue of MOM changing the shipping status of a package? Any direction in this matter would be extremely helpful.

Thank you in advance for any help. We have had a long and fairly happy relationship with both MOM and UPS, so this is an alarming issue by all accounts.
