Hello,

I am running version 5.4.
Each box I ship has a $4.00 surcharge.

IE: Carrier charge is $15.45, customer should be charged $19.45

This worked fine for about 8 months.

Now randomly M.O.M. will charge anywhere from $4 to $12 per box.

What would cause this, and how do I fix it?

Thank you in advance to whomever can help me.

We do the same thing but have had no problem with it.

Check the items that are showing a different charge. You may find you have a fixed charge assigned to that item.

You do have the "Per Box Charge" setup as $4 on ALL SHIPMENTS. On an order where it has added $12 instead of $4, were there possibly three separate shipments?
