Is there a way to combine two orders placed by one customer? Sometimes we have a customer place an order, then immediately place another. Other times they'll get another order in some time later but before the first one ships. Is there a way to merge the multiple orders into one?

Only manually. But it is a great suggestion for Dydacomp!
