Need some solid advise

I am currently using MOM 5.4 . Active modules are List Management, Import/Export, Zip Town Database and Automatic
Shipping Calculations. My shipping interface is UPS Online Compatible and I am using the 8.5" x 14" all-in-one packing
slip and shipping label.

I really need help trying to determine what is the best way to start shipping to Canada.
Do I use the current software and just go to UPS Worldship and will UPS Worldship support the all-in-one form?
Do I need to pair MOM with CPS by Harvey Software and will this support the all-in-one form?
or Do I need to upgrade to MOM 6.0.
