NoEmail for Order Import

We are using mom 4.3. I am passing data to mom from our web site via an order import. I'd like to use the NOEMAIL flag in the cust field to flag if we should keep a customer off our mailing list.

It does not appear that is a field you can pass into the import according to our MOM book.

How would one utilize the custom fields, and where do they end up witin mom?
