We just purchased a symbol LS2208 scanner and I cannot get it to work in our retail store. When you scan an item it will only show the barcode and say the item doesn't exist would you like to add it, even though this item does exist within the system. What programming does the scanner need in order to work with MOM/POP? Thanks
