In a press release issued by comScore on December 10, chairman Gian Fulgoni stated, “Online consumer spending growth continues to beat expectations, increasing 25 percent versus last year.” While the comScore research indicates a general upswing in online retail sales, Dydacomp attributes the growth above the well publicized industry benchmark to recent investments in technology, search engine optimization and its specialized multichannel integration features.
