We have had this problem since version 3. When we talk to Dydacomp we are told we are the only ones that have this issue.(With my luck they are right)

We drop ship hundreds of orders a day. Of these at least 15% need to be deleted and redone. When a CSR takes an order for multiple items they set the pick location for each item to the correct vendor. Most of our items have 2 or more vendors so they are trained to alway use the same vendor for an entire order. The item has the drop ship box clicked for each vendor under the Purchasing level information. When the po's are either quick printed or batch run, po's tend to print for the wrong vendor.

We then need to go back and delete the items from the order, re-enter them and run POs again. This time they will go to the right vendors. Nothing is changed other than re-entering the items to the order.

Has anyone else experienced this before? Any ideas? Out of all the little and big issues that we have with M.O.M. this is the only one we desperately need resolved. We waste a lot of time and paper resetting them.
