Customer Relationship Management Goldmine, Act Etc CRM Integration

We have the Telemarketing Module for MOM, but it is not as robust and sophisticated as we need for our Sales & Customer Relationship Management (CRM) functions.

Does anyone effectively use Goldmine or Act or other CRM software integrated with MOM? Or has anyone customized a program for this integration?
