Does anyone have a solution for sending item details out of MOM to customers?

Cheers,

What exactly do you mean by "item details"?

You want to send emails or notices?

i have seen companies use the "mach5" mailer to send out confirmations to customers from MOM. they use R&R to pull out whatever data they need and import that to mailing tool. pretty slick.

mailing in MOM is not graceful at all and looks terrible.

Hi,

I'd like to send the customer's order details in an email. There is currently no function in MOM that sends back order status updates which include every item on the order.

Cheers,

Dave

Dave,
Have you had any luck with the FTC notice in the global parameters in the notice tab? I haven't dared try to test it for fear of swamping my customers with notices. Just sounds like you may have already tried it and can save me the trouble. Thanks.

Brian
