#1797 MUTIPLE WORKSTATIONS

Posted by VSMOM on 16 April 2007 - 11:48 AM in Shipping Issues & Calculation

Is anyone using more than one shipping station with Mom 5.4. If so, hows it working? what are the advantages and disadvantages.

Yep, we use six because of volume, we have a lot of shippers!

the downside is third party stuff... makes life more tricky.

#1742 Endicia/galaxy ship and MOM

What exactly was the issue? Was the problem related to UPS, Endicia or MOM?

The issue was this: I needed to go into into shipping methods and choose all the shipping methods that I wanted to exclude from the USI module by hand, UPS, Fed Ex etc. Dydacomp got back to me, I did this then turned the USI module back on. The shipping manager will try to run the UPS batch process (tracking numbers etc.) again later as a test.

I think it's all set now.

#1740 Endicia/galaxy ship and MOM

Posted by VSMOM on 13 February 2007 - 07:01 AM in Shipping Issues & Calculation

Running the batch process for UPS had a problem when we had the USI module checked off so that we could use endicia. I've contacted Dydacomp, awaiting a response but I thought I'd see if anyone here uses UPS and Endicia at the same time and if they had/have any issues.

Thanks.

Hi,

Unfortunately I'm stuck on MOM 4.3 --

No XML import option.

Does anyone else in the forum have this option?

Best,

Thanks. It's still useful for us to look into.

#1398 importing SKU numbers instead of text codes for product ID

Posted by VSMOM on 22 May 2006 - 06:53 AM in Order Import/Export

Hello, currently we import orders using text codes for products, but we want to import orders using UPC codes. Is this possible? What do I have to do to make this happen?

This would largely get rid of our exception report.
