Hey,

I've just got the demo for purpose of using MOM for my mail order information
marketing business.

Well, one thing that I can't find is the feature that automatically tells you what
marketing piece (eg. postcard, sales letter, follow-up letter, tel call, etc...) needs
to be sent when.

It's like a automated follow-up system that you can see each day which
person needs to get what. Then you can send it to them, and mark the status
as "sent". Then the software will again remind you in present amount of days
what else needs to be sent to this client. The software ofcourse does this
for all the clients in your database who are on a marketing campaign that you've
created.

You know what I mean.

Is that feature actually existent in mail order manager?

If no, then will it be created as an add-on module. Because there's no
way I would buy any software without this feature.
