So it would appear that Mail Order Manager 6 does not support international shipping. I have setup international shipping on our site with real live rate quotes from USPS but MOM's tables by default do not support zip codes longer than 5 characters. So now when someone enters a zip code "22411-072" (Brazil example), our Sitelink store tells them that there are no available shipping methods. This is after playing with the zones table making different high/low zip ranges.
How disgusting that they sell a product that claims its ready for international shipping when it took me a week of vbscript and I had to add another database back-end.

Follow up:
Dydacomp (as expected) has ignored the last 4 emails I have sent to them and is not calling back on our voice mails left with our rep. How am I not surprised? Classic Dydacomp! Now Im going to end up coding something that they will probably just steal for their own benefit.
