Using MOM 5.4 with SiteLink. This Monday we were not able to download the orders or publish any data. The first e-mail to SL support was answered asking for a screen shot but subsequent e-mail have not been answered and we still can not download orders that have now surpassed 100.

Here is the error we get:

Finding Host www.dydacomp.com ...
Connecting to 65.200.162.5:21
Connect failure

Its not really an error, it just won't connect to their server. Tried several computers from several locations and none of them will connect and as mentioned we can not publish updates to our site either. Store is still up and working, we just can't upload or download. We have not altered or changed anything on our end.

SiteLink won't reply with an update or solution so I am hoping someone here has a "magic" answer for us.

Hello,

Are you able to do a trace route for sitelink from a command prompt?
