We periodically have NCOA (National Change of Address) processing done on our database and at this point, must manually reenter the names into our system.
Does anyone else do NCOA, and if so, have you found a way to reimport the changes that come back, without having to manually enter them?

If you have the List Management Module, you can first export a list of names to be sent for NCOA processing. Then, take that new, updated list and import back into MOM through LMM.

This method will not 'update' existing records - it imports new customers (dupes), if the address has changed, then the deduping process fails to find the dupes (obviously) so it bring them all in as new customers with no history etc.
