We have figured out how to make a list of customers with email addresses using the List Management Module but we cannot figure out how to actually send an email to all the customers without sending each one individually. Any comments or suggestions?

Two ways:

1)Export the list choose fields: email address, choose type: spreadsheet (excel).

Open the excel doc and copy the emaill addresses, then paste into the bcc field of your email editor.

2) Use the customer notice function to create the email, the go to output in lmm choose customer notices, select the notice you have created then select the email option.

unfortunately using method #2 will prevent you from using many of the keywords.... I tried to do it that way long ago to send customers with "backorders" a notice that the item is still backordered. Unfortunately, by using LMM it won't be able to reference your CMS database so it can't pull things like %%BACKORDER (i forgot the keyword, not at work right now) :P
