Hello,

Does anyone know if mom stores the date that a stock item is first created? I looked in STOCK.DBF but no luck.

Best,

David

My advice is based on my 8 years of experience with MOM and Dydacomp. If you are not comfortable with data manipulation then hire someone who is.

Dave - I don't think that MOM keeps a reocrd anywhere of when an item was created. The closest we can get is to see when stock was first added to inventory, so as long as you add stock in the day it was created you will have the date. That info is in the INVTRANS datadase.

Though no creation date is "stamped" for a SKU, when opening the STOCK database in DBUWIN you will notice that it's default sort order is by creation. So... if you know anything about what dates certain items are being entered, you may be able to narrow it down.

CAUTION using DBUWIN if you never have. Your actions are permanent. (NO BACK BUTTON!)

Hey Planet DJ -

first things first -- you can change your avator by clicking on My Controls on the top left nav - then select

. Edit Avatar Settings

on the lower right nav.

---

Also -- You are right - - you can create an RR report that looks for the last Nth records -- I was just hoping to create something more reliable.
