MOM has worked for us, but the learning curve is very steep. The implementation process, time consumed and cost is grossly undersold by the marketing end of Dydacomp. All in all, now that we undersatnd it better we like it, however........the tech support is terrible. Whenever I ask them about hold times I am told that I it is my imagination and that hold times are very short. My experience is that my staff spend hours holding on the phone for dydacomp support. With better or even reasonable support I would give them an A or A-, but they are in the B to B- range because of support
We are the US importer of the Royal Enfield Motorcycle and have used MOM for about 3 1/2 years. We have a love hate relationship, but mostly it is OK. I hope we can find some new ideas and solutions here
