Import orders from Cart 1 into MOM 5.4 without Sitelink and no training.

I have no background in MOM and little with dbases. We switched our site to Cart 1 from MIVA and I'm clueless on how to download the orders now into MOM. Cart 1 will export a cvs file only as far as I can see. We can't afford support so I'm on my own and manually downloading every order. All help welcome and please keep in mind I have close to zero experience with dbases and MOM's tables. Thanks.

The quick and dirty answer is:

You have to convert the csv file into a csv file that MOM will read.

For starters, Cart 1 probably writes one record for each item that was ordered. Mom wants five items in each record.

It's doable but if you have no programming experience, you will need someone to help you do it.
