Is it possible to add our company logo and information to invoices, sales receipts, packing slips etc... in MOM 7i. Or do we have to get custom forms made?

The global parameters allow you to correct your business name and address but that is all you can do.
This has been a constant request of users as far back as I remember. Dydacomp has not made any effort to allow custom design of any form.

If this is important to you, you will have to get custom forms preprinted.

Egan,
After the last post, I got an email from John Woodhour, the Sales Manager for Dydacomp, which said...

I saw the recent post on invoices on the MOM FAQ board. I’m not sure if you have seen it in M.O.M. V7 yet but clients do have the ability to customize invoices if you are sending them electronically. (email).

I’ve attached the pdf explaining the process and your options for ‘customizing’ the output from M.O.M.. I understand the physical printing is still restricted but thought this information may be valuable to share with our user community. Ok for you to post on the MOMFAQ site as well if you’d like.

Although this information did not solve all of your problems, it is definitely a step in the right direction and since I was totally unaware of this feature, I wanted to share it with you and our other readers.

And thanks, John, for sharing!
