Viewing Error under Order Total Tab Payment Option Buttons Overlap

I am running MOM version 6.0 and am having trouble viewing the payment options under the Order Total tab - the payment option buttons overlap and obscure data entry fields. I have been using MOM for several months with no problem, this error appeared seemingly out of the blue a few days ago and I don't know what I did to cause it or how to fix it? I have attached a screenshot to better explain the problem. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
