Hello,
I am new to MOM and SiteLink, having recently taken over for a former employee, and I have received the question about if Sitelink can handle free shipping w/ exclusions. I have looked through the user guide and any online information I could come across, but I have found nothing on the topic. I have seen on dydacomp's website that Sitelink can Offer Free Shipping on individual items. Can Sitelink support free shipping on all products and exclude individuals instead of specifying free shipping for individual items?

We are using Sitelink 5.4 with MOM 6.2 currently. If it is possible in Sitelink 6, that would be helpful in determining whether to upgrade or not.
