We purchased MOM a year ago - and despite spending massive amounts of time and money to get it working - we have not managed. How much contructive help have we had from Dydacomp - ZERO. A few calls asking how we are getting on - but nothing to help us get to the situation of using the product. TOne of the main problems is that all the basic tasks like importing data is apparently impossible unless you want to splash out thousands of £'s. Even when you get to the point of trying it - one small data error can cause everything to crash. We still cannot prove that MOM links to Quickbooks, Miva Merchant or Ebay as advertised - because apparently they can't check until all the data is ready - a nightmare of a task when we have 10,000 items. We decided to stop using Stone Edge Order Manager in favour of MOM - BAD IDEA. As I speak - I cannot see any light of the tunnel to getting MOM working - over $10,000 down the drain.

We have been using it for over 12 years - It always seems like you are the only user when you call and speak to tech support. Basic problems all have to be figured out from the ground up. Now with the new support system in place it could take 24 hours before someone will call you back.

I thought I was the only one! It took 6 months to configure. I have spent a fortune on this. I wish I would have gone with Stone Edge.
