Good morning,
Im glad i found this forum seeing as MOM tech support said someone will get back to me within 8 hours. The company that just hired me fired their old IT staff and left me to figure out how MOM works. They are using MOM 6.0 and i was wondering if anyone knew anywhere i could get a PDF or how to guide to set up new user accoounts and permission settings.
Also is there any master account/admin account that creates accounts?

Do you have your copy of the User Reference Guide? That would be the first step to getting help. Other than that, I'm not aware of any printed materials pdf or otherwise that is available.
Yes, there is an admin account and whomever has it needs to grant you admin permissions to set up new user accounts and settings.
