M.O.M. ACSM Question Shipping module

I've heard about nice services of M.O.M. and plan to use for my website. I want to know if the Shipping module (ACSM) comes free with the MOM software. If it interfaces with Endicia, do I need to subscribe to Endicia or does this comes with the MOM? How does the MOM price their service in terms of shipping calculation, is it using flat subscription model, or print per sheet or for free? I can't find a information on the website how it will be integrated with the 3rd party account such as endicia. Thanks.
