Another newbie

When I try to load DBUWIN, message says other users still in MOM, dbuwin cannot load. I know there's nobody using MOM, call the suspected user just to be sure, he says no, he's not in MOM, but when he tries to login it says ID already in use!

How do I force all users out? I need to get in dbuwin before users really do get into the program, so I do my work at nite - HELP!!

Log out of MOM and then do the following:

1. Go to the server and click on My Computer.
2. Right click the My Computer icon and select Manage.
3. Select Shared Folders - Open Files.
4. You will see a list of users who are logged into the shared folders. Log them out.
5. Select Open Files again to refresh and the list should now be clear.

Of course, this assumes you have administrator rights on the server.
