Hi all. I recently took over as warehouse manager when our company moved operations from Virginia to Alabama, and I've taken over running MOM as well. It's been -- interesting. I find that I spend an awful lot of time each day correcting order details that failed to import correctly from our online store (Miva) or that were not updated correctly earlier. Whether we stick with MOM is up in the air, but if we do stick with it for a while I hope to eventually be able to help others -- and thanks in advance if anyone's able to help me through our own issues. It is not the most user-friendly system in the world.
