Okay...I admit it upfront..we are cheap.

When we get a backordered item (and we have a few of them). Instead of sending out a BO letter...we would rather save a few bucks and send out postcard.

MOM doesn't look like it can print a 4-up postcard (even though I can create it it MSWord). MOM isn't able to populate the four different customer information on a single page.

Yes, I can print labels for postcards. But I wanted to be able to put the items backordered on the card as well.

So I'm left with "exporting" the data out of MOM and into probably a spreadsheet then importing it into Word.

I'm looking for any advice..suggestions..comments...or brand new spanking ideas, that I haven't thought of.

Freely admitting...I'm not that bright.

Thankz

Hi,

It's simple. Get Report Writer or Crystal Reports. Buy it , borrow it... just get it. You can create a report with the exact specifications that you want (layout, dimensions, fields from MOM).

The great part is that these programs use the windows printer to print your post cards so you'll be in business in no time.

Email me if you don't have either piece of software.

Regards,

My advice is based on my 8 years of experience with MOM and Dydacomp. If you are not comfortable with data manipulation then hire someone who is.
