We use MOM 4.0. Boss hasnt upgraded yet. Is there any way to delete orders in bulk. I mean if I wantt o delete 30 orders can I do it all at once some how?? Or do I have to do it one at a time which can take forever some times because I have to delete a lot of orders.

Hi,

What is the current process you are using to delete orders? If you don't mind telling me the steps I'll tell you if there is an easier way.

Cheers,

DISCLAIMER: Always backup your MOMWIN folder before attempting to perform any updates, testing, etc. Once you blast the data away it's gone forever.
My advice is based on my 8 years of experience with MOM and Dydacomp. If you are not comfortable with data manipulation then hire someone who is.

Right now all we do is go into the order and hit the cancel button, reason for cancel and then ok.

Hi,

I should have asked why you would need to cancel so many orders at one time. Something doesn't side right here.

None the less, if you want to purge orders you can do so under the OPTIONS tab / DATABASE PURGE OPTIONS / PURGE ORDERS.

Let me know if that works for you.

Oh, and always remember to back up your data first.

Regards,

David
