Can I configure a different pricing structure for different customer t special situation price list + customer type codes

I currently have our online store setup for price breaks when a customer purchases 6, 12, or 60 of an item.

While experimenting with customer type codes and the special situation price list, I got SiteLINK to display a "wholesale price" to customers with a specific type code. BUT, the wholesale customer still sees all of the "normal" customer prices.

Can anybody tell me if I can create 1 set of retail prices and 1 set of wholesale prices?
