Is everyone out of MOM? I believe you need exclusive access to MOM and dbuwin.exe to do this action.We lost our connection with the server earlier today and it corrupted our items.dbf file. The error says to open DBUWIN and perform a copy/zap/append to correct the problem, but I am unable to get that to open. When I click on the application, I get an error stating that access is denied and it shows the path to the momuser.dbf file. I'm logged into the server as administrator, so I should have full read/write access to any files in the momwin folder. I don't know what to do. Customers are calling us and sales people are on my case. We chose not to renew our $2,300 per year contract with Dydacomp because we weren't really using it.
Can anyone help???!

Which version of MOM are you using?
I'm guessing you don't have a backup?
regardless .. backup now -- whatever you have - -
open mom re-index (if it lets ya) ...
