This should be a fairly simply issue but we're having a bit of trouble finding out if it can be done or not,

We run an online marketplace, and would like all orders from the web to be automatically labeled with one default Source_Key and one default Order_type. Labels will simply be called "Web".

We want this so our manual data entry people don't have to label every single order/stack we get with source keys and order types.

Thanks in advance,

You didn't say how you are downloading your orders or what web store you are using. We use CommerceV3 and it does exactly as you describe except the code is "NET".

The assigning of the codes is done before it is imported into MOM.

Ah yes, sorry, we are running Sitelink 5.4 and we download the orders directly into it through options -> sitelink -> download new orders.
If it is done "before" it hits MOM I guess I have more looking around to do.

I found the menu option "Order Import/Export -> Define Settings" which contains some references to defaulting Source keys and such. But I dont know if thats really what I am supposed to be altering?

We are somewhat new to this whole process, so we really appreciate the reply.

I have no idea how Sitelink works... You need to call MOM Sitelink Support and have them help you.
