Hey Guys,

I have worked with mom previously and have not been extremely happy with it, I was going through posts trying to figure out how to get my data out of MOM and noticed it appears many of you share my sentiments. If you are looking for alternatives to mom and are sick of the database structure, problems with customer service, lack of support ect. check out mailware.com or stoneedge.com (they are a direct competitor for mom). I just recently switched to mailware in particular.

Hope that helps

Our company is not happy with the way that DYDACOMP has treated us. We need to upgrade our software, but would prefer to find a vendor other than DYDACOMP. We would also like a vendor with a good migration program from MOM to the new software. Can you tell me if you are happy with mailware? Was the migration from MOM to Mailware as easy as they indicate that it would be? Do you use Mailware for your Internet store? If so, can you tell me who hosts your store?

Sincerely,
Gary Helwig

Hi Gary,

The conversion was fairly straight forward, it took them about a week to get everything squared away. I was very happy with the work done, and Mailware was very responsive to my questions and concerns. Currently I am using Volusion for a webstore (best i've found so far...ive tried a few including sitelink).
