Hi there,

When Catalogue requests are made through our website they automatically come through to our email, this is very annoying as we have to then type their information into MOM to print a catalogue label.

We really need to set it up so we have the catalogue requests download straight through to MOM from our website. How would I set this up and would it be through IEM?

Yes, you would use the Import/Export Module. On the import file, make sure the customer is flagged as a PROSPECT.
