Is there a way that an email could be automatically sent to the customer when the item they have ordered is back ordred?
Also, when an item has been dispatched, could an automated email be sent to the customer? If so, could this be done through the scanning stage?
Thanks!!

Set the time frame for your FTC Notice to be sent after 1 day. FTC notice will be sent to all backorders.

Obviously, it would be great if we could say 'send an email to those we have email addresses for and only send printed ones where we dont have the email address'
Thanks for any help in advance,

Never tried having both selected, but I believe you would get a printed copy of ALL of them, and emails would be created for those customers with an email address in MOM.Hi all, just to follow up on this thread, if we have the email box as well as printed box ticked, will a customer get an email and a printed version of the ftc notice?
This is already the case and how we have it setup. Select email as your way to send the notice. All customers with an email address in MOM get their notice sent via email. If there is no email address in MOM, it will then print the notice for you to send manually.Obviously, it would be great if we could say 'send an email to those we have email addresses for and only send printed ones where we dont have the email address'
