Is it possible to create a report somehow that shows everything we have sold within a period of time?

Yes, it's possible. If you have MOM 5 you can use R&R or MS Access. If you have MOM 6 you are more limited.

An easy report is to list the items that shipped during a set time period.
Do a query of items.dbf and sort by the it_sdate field for the time period desired. You can have it calculate total quantities based on the item field.

If you want a report that lists all items sold, link cms.dbf to items.dbf. Sort by the odr_date field for the time period desired to select the orders created during that time period. Then list or calculate the items for those orders in the items.dbf.
